Ty, a unique sneaker with a misguided nature, has never experienced anything beyond his luxurious velvet-lined shoebox. When his sister gets taken by a deceitful collector, Ty is forced to journey into New York City to locate and save her. Along the way, Ty crosses paths with a diverse band of shoe pals who help him summon the bravery to leave his shoebox and discover his kindred spirit.
